Barefooture allows you to return within 14 days of receiving the item.

Customers must return the products via our courier (10€).

  • Please contact us as soon as possible at info@barefooture.com for return instructions.
  • Barefooture will not be responsible for any loss of the package during its shipment.

 

How will I receive my refund?

Barefooture will issue the refund to the same payment method used on the site.

 

Return and shipping costs

We do not provide free return labels but you can purchase one of our labels for €10 (ask us how by contacting us and following our instructions).

Please allow up to 30 business days for your return package to reach our address (depending on your location). After we have examined the item carefully, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item or make an agreement to exchange the item (it will be sent to you with free shipping as the first time).

Original condition and packaging

Items must be returned in their original condition. No scratches, signs of wear or broken pieces. It must be in perfect condition and not show any signs of use, otherwise the refund/exchange will not be processed in full. We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund, appropriate to the damage caused.

The packaging must be the original one ( a cost of €5 will be charged if you do not return the items with their original suitable box)

It is your responsibility to provide adequate external packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Barefooture in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the return as requested.

If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are not shipped within 14 days we will not process the refund.

 

How can I initiate a return/exchange?

Your request will be accepted within 24 - 48 hours. You will then receive all the instructions to follow by email.

 

I received the wrong product, what can I do?

We recommend that you contact our customer service team immediately via support email: info@barefooture.com to exchange it for the correct product. In this case, the return costs will be at our expense. 

Please note that you have 7 calendar days from the receipt of your order to inform our customer service team of the incident related to the package. After this period Barefooture cannot be held responsible for the issue in question. And we will proceed with the classic return and refund.

 

I received a defective product, what can I do?

All items are carefully inspected before being sent out, so it is highly unlikely that you will find any defects, but if this happens please contact us immediately on info@barefooture.com

The return will be at our expense and we will agree together if you prefer a new item or a refund.

We are not responsible for lost items, either during the exchange period or afterwards.

 

Cancelling or rejecting the order

We totally get it, we change our minds too! Although we wish we could, once you have placed an order, we are unable to cancel it upon request .

If an order has not yet been shipped, we can offer a full refund for the cost of the order.

Once an order has shipped, customers may exchange the items received for a preferred style or return them for a store credit/gift card refund. The cost associated with the return will be the customer's responsibility. Barefooture cannot issue a refund without receiving the items back to our warehouse.
