What shoes do we find on Barefooture?

How to choose the size?

It is important not to rely on the conventional number, but to measure the foot before each purchase and compare it with the table of the chosen model/brand.

It is also essential to choose the right shoe based on the morphology and volume of the foot. Not all shoes fit the same way.

What margin should I consider before buying?

When purchasing, it is recommended to leave a margin of length between 0.8 and 1.2 cm (for the first steps and open sandals even less). Take into account whether they are sandals or winter boots. You will find the suggestion on the margin in the description of the individual model.

When should you change shoes?

When there is less than 0.5 cm of length margin left in the shoe.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

With us shipping is ALWAYS FREE! (In Italy)

We process orders within 3 working days of receiving the order confirmation email, after which we entrust the package to BRT or another courier who will send you an email with a tracking number.

!!ATTENTION!! It is not always possible to ship to your home, the courier may leave the package at a collection point, you will be contacted before shipping, to decide the point closest to you

Returns and exchanges

General conditions

Contact us as soon as possible, you have 14 days to return. We will do our best to find a solution that satisfies you.

Return and shipping costs

Return costs are at the customer's expense, by purchasing a return label to ship with our couriers (https://barefooture.com/search?options%5Bprefix%5D=last&q=etichetta)

Only in the event of a proven defect in the item or an error on our part will the return costs be at our expense.

How can I initiate a return/exchange?

- contact us as soon as possible via chat, via email at info@barefooture.com or on whatsapp, explaining the situation
- prepare the package with the clean and well-stored product

- write "return to sender" on the transport document you received with your order
- wait for the label via email to print and apply to the package
- to ship, drop off at a BRT collection point as soon as possible.

I received a wrong/defective product, what can I do?

Contact us as soon as possible via chat or email at barefooture@gmail.com, clearly explaining the problem and attaching photos. Wait for the instructions to follow.

Reimbursement

After receiving the item and examining it, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used. For this reason, the timeframes may vary.

Cancelling an order

Contact us immediately!

We can only cancel your order if it has not been processed. Once the item has been shipped we are unable to cancel it, you will have to return it at your own expense.
