Hello and welcome to our dream!

I'm Federica and together with my family I discovered the Barefoot world in 2020, when Stefano was born. Once I realized that this is the easiest and most natural way to protect his little feet, it wasn't difficult for me to make the transition either. Dad Davide is still hesitant about his path, but fully shares the benefits and choices for Stefano (and soon for little Valentino too).

Unfortunately in Italy we found very few models of barefoot shoes (let alone for children), and online it is very difficult to navigate through so many foreign sites, with little clarity and complicated shipping and returns.

How hard it is to be a mother (or father, grandmother, uncle...) trying to understand something between different sizes, widths, brands, materials! So I said to myself: I'll take care of it!!

So here we are, with this new adventure entirely suitable for children (and their families), with the aim of helping you in case of doubts, accompanying you during the first steps, and making you discover more and more the great brands that make everything possible.

And the Gecko?

First of all, we love those little paws with wide toes...don't they remind you of your honey's feet?

And then for us the Gecko is precisely the symbol of every child: curious, tireless, free ! And this is how all children should grow up, towards a future full of adventures, strength and energy!
